Luke's Pony Ride & Our 10th Wedding Anniversary

Hi everyone,

Sorry, I haven't updated for a bit, just had so many things going on.

I thought I would add some photos of Luke having a Pony Ride at

Playgroup the other day seeing as my last few posts have all been photos of cards and things I have made. We had an animal farm come to visit Playgroup and he LOVED the pony. I thought he would be frightened and cry when I sat him on there, but he kept asking "more horsie ride" I think he had more rides than the other kids!

And Yesterday Brad and I celebrated our 10th Wedding Anniversary. It's hard to believe it's been 10 years already. We went to our favourite Italian restaurant in Como called Ciao Italia for dinner, with the kids. But we are going to the Duxton to stay for the night on Saturday night while the kids have a sleepover and Grandma and Pop's house. We are really looking forward to it. Can't wait for the sleep-in..lol

Must go and Chloe ready for school. Will try and get some photos of her to put up soon.

Card No 3

Back again with another card, the third in less than 2 days. I just can't stop I'm really enjoying making them at them moment so I figure I may aswell keep going while the mojo is flowing, and I just love that little aeroplane mini stamp from Kaisercraft.


For this card I used Bazzill cardstock - Kraft that I distressed and ran throught the Cuttlebug using the Spots and Dots Embossing Folder and inked with Versa Colour Pinecone ink pad, Stampin Up Chocolate Chip cardstock for the card, Stampin Up Patterned paper Brocade Blue that I distressed, Kaisercraft mini plane stamp from the Little Man set, Versa Colour Royal Blue ink.

....and here is my Girlie version

Hi, back again with that girl version of the Inkspirations challenge I did yesterday. I hope you like it. I am quite pleased with how this one turned out.

For this card I used Bazzill Kraft for the base, Stampin Up Designer Series Paper - Regal Rose (was part of hostess gift pack), Stampin Up Crazy for Cupcakes Stamp set, White Bazzill, Berry Sensation Bazzill Smoothie cardstock, Ribbon and Tattered Angels Pearl Glimmer Mist which is my new FAVOURITE thing to use at the moment, I just love it.

Inkspirations Sketch Challenge #19

Hi all,
Hope you had a great weekend and that your week has gotten off to a great start.
Today I have had a go at a card sketch challenge from Mekeesha's Inskpirations website. It's the first one I have ever done and I am pretty happy with how it turned out. I had a great time playing with this and putting it together and am looking forward to doing another one.

I have used Bazzill Kraft cardstock for the base, the plane stamp is one of the new mini Kaisercraft Silicone stamps from the Little Man collection stamped in Versa Ink Royal Blue, Buttons, Black Bazzill, White Bazzill that I distressed and inked, Happy Birthday sentiment from Stampin Up On Your Birthday collection stamped onto Acetate and I have used Fancy Pants Rough and Tough patterned paper.
I'm going to go and have a go making a girls card now and will hopefully be able to put it up later tonight.

Lightning McQueen

Hi all,

Just wanted to share this canvas I made for Luke's room with you. I have cut Lightning McQueen out with my Cricut using the Cars Cartridge. I just love all their faces, they are so cute. This is just the first one, I have a few more to do to hang up around Luke's walls.
He is very excited about it and loves it and keeps asking to take it.
